Oysterbed Solutions guarantees that all Mosquito Magnet® products meet the required standards for the purpose they were intended. Order forms can be filled in and printed out and sent with a cheque for full payment to Oysterbed Solutions, Oysterbed Pier Road, Sneem, Co. Kerry. We can be contacted by phone or fax during office hours on 064 75793 or 087 621 3824 anytime. It is our policy to reply to calls and messages as soon as possible. This remains with Oysterbed Solutions until the goods are paid for in full. Larger orders will be dispatched by courier and sundry items will be sent by An Post. Oysterbed Solutions can dispatch all stock items within 3 working days of confirmation of payment (n.b. personal cheques can take up to 5 working days to clear). Where items are not in stock we will inform the customer, on receipt of order, of any expected delay. Our couriers endeavour to deliver all orders within 3 working days anywhere in Ireland. If a first attempt at delivery fails the carrier will contact the customer to arrange an alternative delivery time. In the event of the carrier being unable to make delivery after a second attempt the customer will be contacted again and it becomes the customer’s responsibility to arrange collection of the order, usually from the nearest depot. (Please note: It is important that the customer provides a contact phone number at which they or their agent can be reached during the day to enable the carrier to make a successful delivery. The order must be signed for on delivery.) a. Oysterbed Solutions makes every effort to ensure orders arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event of an order not being delivered within 15 working days from the dispatch date (Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays not included) customers should advise by e-mail. Oysterbed Solutions will make every effort to locate the order, and if necessary, send a replacement at our expense or provide a full refund, subject to the correct delivery address having been supplied to us with the order. If an order arrives damaged in any way, customers should contact by e-mail or phone within 7 days of receipt. In this case we will, depending upon our customer’s preference, arrange for the damaged product to be picked up and returned to ourselves. Oysterbed Solutions will either send a replacement product upon confirmation that the damaged product has been returned or make a refund. Customers without e-mail facility can contact us on 064 75793. b. If you wish to cancel an order please cancel the order before the day of dispatch. The customer has a statutory cooling-off period of 7 working days beginning on the day after the day on which the consumer receives the goods. A refund will be made within 30 days from the cancellation date, less the cost of the return if the goods are not returned by the consumer within this period. c. It is the customer’s own responsibility to ensure goods’ safe keeping and retention of quality. If goods are returned that are neither faulty nor wrongly dispatched but simply not required, then it is the customer’s responsibility to arrange this at the customer’s own expense. d. Oysterbed Solutions reserve the right to levy a return charge to cover postage and re-packaging of items at their own discretion. e. Where goods become faulty within the manufacturer’s period of guarantee, and the fault is not due to mishandling by the user, action will be taken to repair or replace the item in accordance with that manufacturer’s warranty. Goods to be returned after the 7 day period above or those that are not faulty, can only be done so with the agreement of Oysterbed Solutions who reserve the right, in all cases, to make a re-stocking charge of up to 30%. This is no way affects your statutory rights. Whilst every effort will be made to meet customers demands, cancellations or variations may be necessary and delivery delays may occur as a result of Act of God, War, Strike, Lockout, Labour Dispute, Fire, Flood, Drought or other causes beyond the control of Oysterbed Solutions Sales. In such circumstances Oysterbed Solutions Sales will not be liable to pay compensation.
